Fill out the onboarding paperwork (W-9, agent info form, and independent contractor agreement) and send it in. We move your NC or SC license under our firm and invoice your $85 membership. Most agents are set up in 1-2 business days.

Send us the referral agreement with your client's info. We match them with an experienced, vetted agent in the right market and make the introduction.
The receiving agent handles the showings, offers, negotiations, and paperwork. You stay hands-off and keep living your life.
When the deal closes, you get paid a share of the commission earned by the receiving firm: 33% on local referrals, 25% on out-of-MLS, out-of-state, and international referrals, less a 10% firm processing fee. Then go find the next one.
Membership is a flat $85 per year no matter when you join (no proration), billed every January 1st. Stay as long as you like, and when you're ready to get back into full-time sales, your license is active and waiting.
